Attorney Jeremy H. Sims

Jeremy H. Sims is a licensed Texas attorney based out of his hometown, Houston, Texas. After graduating in the top of his class in Wills and Trusts, Business and Contracts from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law Jeremy went on to Start the Sims Legal Consultancy Firm .

         With over 10 years experience working with small businesses and entertainers, Jeremy focuses on the ares of Estate Planning, Business and Entertainment Law. After realizing the need of our clients, we decided to focus the practice on estate planning. Most of our clients start their business with the vision and purpose of bettering themselves and their family’s future, but they usually lack a strategy for passing on their assets. We at Sims Legal believe Estate Planning is the backbone of generational wealth.

Our firm aims to build relationships with our clients so that we may better tailor our services to the client’s needs and wants. With a background in accounting, logistics and operations, attention to detail is nearly an innate ability for Managing Attorney Jeremy Sims.

         Jeremy’s passion to give back to his community led him to co-found a nonprofit organization, New Perspective Development. Their mission is to bridge the socio-economic gap thru education of the youth in Texas.
